HERITAGE HOUSE SALES POLICIES:
Sorry, we do not sell estate sale items before the sale date EXCEPT:
refrigerators, washers, and dryers, and vehicles IF there is sufficient time before the sale
(price will be posted on the internet).
However, if the appliance is sold, we will note that on the website. If interested in an appliance,
If other pictured and/or described items are NOT at the sale, it is because our client removed
them after the contract was signed without our knowledge or consent (in violation of their contract). When
we become aware that an item has been removed, we will post this information on our website.
Heritage House Sales (and those hired to price) may not buy items they have priced before the estate sale.
It is also our general policy NOT to bid on items that have a bid for over 1/2 price. However, if items go
through the full-price day without a bid, (typically Saturday and/or the first day of the sale), we do allow ourselves
to purchase the item for our store, Bella's Consignments. This means that we give you, our customers, the
advantage over us in all respects.
Some items may not be part of the half-price sale because we RECEIVE AND ACCEPT an offer for
MORE THAN HALF AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE FULL-PRICE PORTION OF THE SALE. It could also be because we (or
our clients) have decided that the item will not be included. If an item is not to be part of the half-price sale
for the latter reason, the price tag will be so marked. If in doubt, see our friendly sales staff. And, of course,
we encourage you TO BID! YOU CAN MAKE A BID IN PERSON AT THE SALE, OR BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE.
